Actor References Bosworth as His Spouse on Podcast

Justin Long has subtly revealed that he and Kate Bosworth are officially married, just one month after announcing their engagement. During a recent episode of his podcast Life is Short, which aired on May 9, the 44-year-old actor referred to Bosworth as his spouse for the first time.

While speaking with guest Kyra Sedgwick, Long reminisced about falling in love with Bosworth while filming their movie Barbarian in Bulgaria. He shared, “I was there while I was like really falling in love with my now-wife.” He expressed his enjoyment of having Bosworth visit him on set, despite his usual discomfort with set visits.

Long described their time together as “magical,” noting, “It helped me having her there… She’d help me with scenes. It was the best.”

The couple also participated in an Amazon Live segment on May 15, where Bosworth appeared to be wearing a silver wedding band alongside her engagement ring.

Long first announced their engagement in an April 4 podcast episode, sharing the heartfelt moment when he proposed to Bosworth. He recounted, “To spend my life with you… I really want to spend my life with you,” to which Bosworth replied affirmatively.

The couple, who confirmed their relationship in May 2022, first sparked engagement rumors at Vanity Fair’s Oscar Party when Bosworth was seen with a ring on her finger. Following his engagement announcement, Long took to Instagram to share their happiness, explaining his decision to discuss their relationship publicly. He stated, “It felt like a leap to talk about something so personal so publicly… but I’ve found that the scary things become much easier when you commit to the truth.”
